One is choosing a suitable form or set of movements for your situation. (This is less important.) The second, more important aspect, is the quality of awareness and attention/intention that one has when doing the movement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finding a teacher who is able to communicate to you a different quality of awareness and movement than you are currently experiencing is key to improving health - in this case, the health of bone marrow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are a number of qigong forms that promote the health of bone marrow. They are related to and derived from each other. One is called 8 Treasures/8 Pieces of Brocade; the other is called Xi Sui Jing/Bone Marrow Cleansing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In Chinese medicine, bone marrow can refer not just to the physical bones but to the deepest part of our human selves. This deep, non-physical aspect is what we seek to find, to clean and to empower with qigong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This post is my answer to the question "Qigong for Bone Marrow?
